RATES BASED ON 2 PEOPLE PER SITE

All our sites offer electricity, water and sewer. Electricity is individually metered and billed back to resident on a monthly basis.

We offer a 10% discount for to all veterans and to all first responders. We also offer the 10% discount for Good Sam members along with members of Trailer Life or FMCA. Our monthly rates reflect those discounts.

All our sites are full hookups.

We offer only monthly and seasonal sites.

We no longer offer daily or weekly rentals.
